The Ticaret Eastern Mediterranean Fund was launched in February 2010 and is an open ended investment vehicle. The fund is uniquely managed from Istanbul and domiciled in the Principality of Liechtenstein
The investment objective of the Ticaret Eastern Mediterranean Fund is to achieve an above average long-term capital gain.
The fund will invest at least 80% of its assets, at all times, in equities and securities of companies based or that conduct the majority of their business in the rapidly emerging countries of the Eastern Mediterranean.
The fund will invest at least two-thirds of its assets in Turkey, with strategic allocations to Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Cyprus.
The Ticaret Eastern Mediterranean Fund is regulated by the Liechtenstein Financial Markets Authority and is an investment undertaking for qualified investors pursuant to Liechtenstein Law on Investment Undertakings “ Gesetz Ueber Investment Unternehmen”, May 19 2005.
